STUDENTS ARE TO WEAR LEOTARD AND TIGHTS TO CLASS, PROPER DANCE SHOES AND HAIR UP EACH WEEK. Your new leotard is ordered and coming late October we were told. PRAYING we can't wait to see all the kids in the leotard together.

REMEMBER - We do not have a ton of seating inside. You are welcome to come in, however try to keep in mind that our youngest dancers may need their parent/guardian more often. Try to show them where you’re parked before bringing them in for class so we can find you quickly if you’re needed. We also have a speaker outside to announce important things when needed!

*Send students in 5 minutes BEFORE class time to get ready for class.

*5 minutes AFTER class times are scheduled to start. You may come into lobby to get newsletter and pay. (Tuition due 1st week of month and will not have a late fee added until the 15th of the month)

*5 minutes before the end of your child’s class time, head to door to pick up your child to walk them to the car.

COSTUME DEPOSIT

* Costume Deposit of 45.00 per class due October 14TH with remain costume money due December 2nd 2024.  This is non-refundable.

Thanksgiving Break-

 * No classes on Wednesday November 27th and Thursday November 28th for Thanksgiving.

CHRISTmas-

* We will have a float in the Marion Christmas Parade and Tree lighting. Date for this fun event is November 30th at 6:00 p.m. Where to meet-WEST of Greenwood St. on East Center Street in front of the AQUA water Building. Time to arrive 5:00 Wear Red or Green Hoody sweat shirt over a coat. Be warm is the most important. The parade will disband at the Founders Park, Downtown Marion on the corner of S. Main St. and E. Church St. where the city of Marion will turn the Christmas Tree lights on for the season after the parade.

 * Santas House Downtown Marion at the Founders Park. December 14th and 21st from 12:00-2:00 p.m. on the corner of East Church Street and South Main Street. Our staff will be helping Santa Claus on December 14th as the children come see Santa and tell him what they want for Christmas. Santa even has a gift for them.

 (Just wanted you to know about these fun times.)

* Christmas Break will begin Monday December 22nd and will resume January 5th 2025

* No SPRING BREAK dates yet.

* Studio pictures (with recital costumes on) will be taken in March or April. Date TBA in Jan/Feb. Newsletter

* Rehearsal Week Schedule will be at River Valley Auditorium. April 21-24, 2025.  You come dressed to River Valley in your child’s first class costume. We will not be at the studio that week. More info will be sent out in a newsletter closer date to rehearsal.

* RECITAL DATE SET- Friday April 25th and April 26th 2025 depending on the day your child takes dance. WHICH SHOW, NUMBER IN, HAIR, MAKE UP, ETC WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT A LATER DATE.

PLEASE BE SURE, IF YOU HAVE A SMART PHONE, PLEASE STOP (if you haven’t done so) and TAKE OUT YOUR PHONE to SIGN UP FOR THE REMINDER APP. IT’S A TEXTING APP WE USE TO COMMUNICATE IMPORTANT THINGS FOR OUR STUDIO.
